Overview
- Join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at an international boutique technology firm representing market leader Planview. This position is ideal for ambitious individuals new to sales, who believe that with proper training, they can excel in a sales career.
- We are seeking high-energy, self-starting candidates who excel in team environments and are eager to play a pivotal role in growing an innovative tech company.
- Ideal candidates have a hunter’s mentality, are always looking for the next opportunity, and can maintain a high daily call and email volume to drive leads further into the sales funnel.
- You should be receptive to coaching, self-motivated, precise, and data-driven, with a willingness to research and abstract data.
- No prior experience in technology, SaaS, or software sales is required – we are committed to training and developing our people to reach their full potential.
Key Responsabilities
- Partner with Account Executives to drive the pipeline for Planview commercial products.
- Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain daily call and email volumes to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Follow up on incoming leads from marketing campaigns and make outbound calls on target accounts.
- Engage existing leads through creative follow-up communications to increase demand for Planview products.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through various demand generation activities.
- Capture sales prospecting activity using Pipedrive, and enter new contacts as acquired through pipeline follow-up and lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications
Educational background
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Business Administration.
