Overview

  • Join our team as a Sales Devel­op­ment Rep­re­sen­ta­tive (SDR) at an inter­na­tion­al bou­tique tech­nol­o­gy firm rep­re­sent­ing mar­ket leader Plan­view. This posi­tion is ide­al for ambi­tious indi­vid­u­als new to sales, who believe that with prop­er train­ing, they can excel in a sales career.
  • We are seek­ing high-ener­gy, self-start­ing can­di­dates who excel in team envi­ron­ments and are eager to play a piv­otal role in grow­ing an inno­v­a­tive tech company.
  • Ide­al can­di­dates have a hunter’s men­tal­i­ty, are always look­ing for the next oppor­tu­ni­ty, and can main­tain a high dai­ly call and email vol­ume to dri­ve leads fur­ther into the sales funnel.
  • You should be recep­tive to coach­ing, self-moti­vat­ed, pre­cise, and data-dri­ven, with a will­ing­ness to research and abstract data.
  • No pri­or expe­ri­ence in tech­nol­o­gy, SaaS, or soft­ware sales is required – we are com­mit­ted to train­ing and devel­op­ing our peo­ple to reach their full potential.

Key Responsabilities

  • Part­ner with Account Exec­u­tives to dri­ve the pipeline for Plan­view com­mer­cial products.
  • Uncov­er, qual­i­fy, nur­ture, and build oppor­tu­ni­ties with­in the assigned territory.
  • Main­tain dai­ly call and email vol­umes to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Fol­low up on incom­ing leads from mar­ket­ing cam­paigns and make out­bound calls on tar­get accounts.
  • Engage exist­ing leads through cre­ative fol­low-up com­mu­ni­ca­tions to increase demand for Plan­view products.
  • Achieve and exceed quar­ter­ly sales tar­gets through var­i­ous demand gen­er­a­tion activities.
  • Cap­ture sales prospect­ing activ­i­ty using Pipedrive, and enter new con­tacts as acquired through pipeline fol­low-up and lead gen­er­a­tion campaigns.

Qualifications

Educational background

  • Bachelor’s degree. Prefer­ably in Busi­ness Administration.
